Working with SHI makes me more confident as a leader of cybersecurity at West Monroe. My name is Shan Moosa, and I’m the Senior Manager of Risk Compliance and Cybersecurity Team at West Monroe. I’ve been leading the West Monroe cybersecurity practice for a good 5 years. Working with SHI, you know, it’s all about the demeanor. It’s what they bring to the table when it comes to selecting the right vendor and the right solution. To me, it’s important to be advised properly to select the right solution and the vendor to do business with.

I can go to bed at night knowing somebody else is taking care of what I’ve asked to take care of, and that’s the difference between somebody coming in and being able to do ninety percent as opposed to only being able to do twenty or thirty percent of the work that we give them to do.
